Full job description - May 2025​

• Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone (supplied by employer), email or chat.

• Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features

• Analyzing and reporting system bugs and malfunctions (e.g. testing different scenarios or modelling system use as a customer)

• Updating our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.

• Monitoring customer complaints on social media.

• Reaching out to customers to provide advice and assistance.

• Informing customers about new features and functionalities.

• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved

• Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.

• Generating sales leads,

• And any other duties that may reasonably be required in line with your main duties​
